Please complete all questions to sign your child up for our after school art classes. đđđđ child will need a registration form completed for them. Classes are $15 each and all supplies are included.
Be sure to register early! No registrations will be accepted during the times stated below:
⢠Wednesday classes â registration will be closed every Wednesday from 11am â 4pm.
All supplies included. Students will have fun drawing, painting, collaging and more!
In the STEAM Lab (upstairs new building, dismissal from front office, Wednesdays, 3:40 pm-4:40 pm).

Authorized Pick-Up Person
Please let us know here below if someone OTHER than a parent/guardian is picking up your child from our on-site class or if they have permission to walk home.
Parent/Guardian/Student agree to hold Elementary Art Explorers harmless from any act of ordinary negligence, or of its contractors from any accident, injury, illness or damage, whatsoever, however caused during the time the student is participating in our program and up to the time when the student is released to the responsible party's care. Submission of this form constitutes understanding of the terms of the agreement.
